PACKAGE STATUSES
Once a Package invitation has been sent, Nutri-Q will automatically set the Package to an 'Invited' status. The statuses below are helpful in keeping track of how far along a client is in their Package:
- Invited: The client has been invited to purchase the Package (purchase not yet made).
- Invite Canceled: An invitation was sent to the client but the invite was canceled before the Package was purchased.
- Active: The client successfully purchased the Package and is actively working with their practitioner. A package is considered Active until the client has completed all the included appointments or the practitioner manually marks the Package as completed.
- Completed: The client purchased a Package that has ended or been completed. A package must have been purchased and become ‘Active’ before it can be marked as ‘Complete’.
