On January 6, 2025, we upgraded the Nutri-Q payment processor from Stripe Express to Stripe Connect Standard. This change allows us to provide a more informative payment dashboard for practitioners, and give you greater control over the way you accept payments from clients.
Benefits of Stripe Connect Standard
- A more informative Stripe Dashboard for practitioners:
- Every payment record includes the name of the purchasing client and their contact information.
- Payment records will specify the name of the Appointment Type or Package that was purchased.
- Access to reports and analytics from dashboard.
- Payment receipts sent directly from Stripe.
- Ability for practitioners to refund a purchase without contacting Nutri-Q support.
This upgrade launched on Monday January 6, 2025.
What You Need to Know
Following the update, the the previous Stripe Express integration with Nutri-Q no longer works.
This means any practitioners who already had their Nutri-Q account linked to Stripe will need to re-link their accounts.
- On January 6th, the update goes live.
- We will automatically unlink any practitioner accounts that are currently using the Stripe integration. This is to avoid confusion when payments stop working.
- On your 3rd Party Integrations page, the previous link to your Stripe portal will be gone, and an option to re-link your Stripe account will appear.
- Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the interface, and select My Account from the menu.
- Navigate to the 3rd Party Integrations page and click Link your Stripe account.
- Follow the prompts to re-link your account. There are step by step instructions showing how to link your account with Stripe on this page.
