You can link Nutri-Q with your Google account so that when you book an appointment in Nutri-Q it automatically shows up on your Google Calendar. Follow the instructions below to link your practitioner account with your Google Calendar.
Linking your Google Calendar
- Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your practitioner dashboard and select My Account.
- Go to the 3rd Party Integrations page.
- In the Google Calendar section, click Link your Google account.
- If you maintain multiple Google Accounts, choose the one you wish to link with Nutri-Q.
- Check Select All to grant Nutri-Q the required permissions, and then click Continue.
- On the 3rd party integrations page, your Google Calendar section should now display a tag indicating that your account is Linked.
All appointments booked from the Nutri-Q scheduler will now appear on your linked Google Calendar.
Google Calendar Syncing Options
After you link your Google Calendar to Nutri-Q, two additional settings will appear in the Google Calendar section on the 3rd party integrations page:
When enabled, these settings give Nutri-Q permission to read events from your Google Calendar and adjust your availability accordingly. Both of these settings are turned off by default.
- Allow appointments only if my Google Calendar is also free - When this setting is enabled, Nutri-Q will check your Google Calendar when determining what appointment slots are available to be booked. If a date/time is already booked on your Google Calendar, Nutri-Q will not allow Nutri-Q clients to book appointments in that time slot.
- Show my busy Google Calendar events on my Nutri-Q Appointments calendar view - When this setting is enabled, any booked dates or times on your Google Calendar will also be displayed on your Nutri-Q appointment calendar.
