On the Client Self-Registration page you can configure up to two custom links that potential clients can use to self-register for the Nutri-Q site. This is a great option for situations like group classes or social media promotions where you'd like people to sign themselves up for the site and automatically receive a predetermined set of intake forms.
Self-Registration Benefits
- You can embed self-registration links on your website, include them in Social Media profiles, or attach them to QR codes.
- Clients can sign up for your services without requiring you to manually add them as a client and send an invite.
- You can attach a different set of forms to each registration link to provide a different onboarding experience for different types of clients.
Configuring Self-Registration Links
- In the bottom-left corner of your Dashboard click the profile image and go to My Account.
- Click Client Self-Registration in the left sidebar.
- Choose the forms associated with each Self-Registration Link.
In the sections labeled Self-Registration Link #1 and Self Registration Link #2, you can choose which forms your client is asked to fill out when they register with that link. This provides an opportunity to create two different intake experiences if it suits your business needs.
For example, in the two images below, the first link assigns some of the typical Practitioner forms, while the second link assigns Health Coaching forms.

Using your Client Self-Registration Links
Click the Copy Link button next to the link you want to use.
You can send the link to someone directly through email or messaging services, put it on your website, or even print it on a flyer or business card with a QR code.
For example, here is the first link we configured above: Self Registration Link #1.
This link is for example purposes only. You can complete the registration process if you wish, but this is not an active practitioner account.
- When a prospective client opens the link they are taken to a version of the sign-up page where they can register for Nutri-Q without an invitation:
- After entering their name and email, they are asked to create a password, and then to sign in.
- On the next page they are asked to accept the Privacy Policy.
- After accepting the Privacy Policy, they are taken to their dashboard where they will find their pending To-Do items.
