Register for a New Account
1. To create a new Nutri-Q practitioner account, click here.
If you had a previously existing practitioner account, click the "Sign in here" link under the "Sign Up" button to use your previous email and password to sign in. This will allow you to access your old account after successfully signing up for a new subscription.
2. Fill out the requested information and then click the "Sign Up" button at the bottom.
Verify Your Email Address
Next, you will be prompted to enter a four-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the email address you provided.
1. Open the email from info@nutri-q.com with the subject line "Your Email Verification Code."
2. Enter the four digit code and click "Verify OTP."
3. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's still missing, click "Resend OTP" to generate a new code.
Accept the Terms and Conditions
Once verified, review Nutri-Q’s Terms & Conditions.
When you're ready to proceed:
1. Check the box next to "I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions."
2. Click "Submit."
Choose a Subscription Plan
Select the payment frequency that works best for you:
- Monthly: Billed at $14.99/month
- Yearly: Billed upfront at $119.88/year (equivalent to $9.99/month)
Both plans include full access to all Nutri-Q features and resources. All new subscribers receive a 30-day free trial and can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
Enter Your Payment Information
Enter your payment details and click "Start Trial."
All subscriptions and payments are securely processed through Stripe. Nutri-Q never stores your payment or credit card details.
Once setup is complete, you will automatically be directed to your Nutri-Q Practitioner Dashboard.
