Practitioner Sign Up Page
To create a new Nutri-Q practitioner account, click here to go to the sign up page.
Fill out the requested information and then click the Sign Up button at the bottom.
Enter Your Verification Code
On the next screen you will be prompted to enter a four digit one-time password (OTP). This code is delivered to the email address you used to sign up.- Open the email titled Your Email Verification Code to find your four digit OTP.
- Enter the four digit code and click Verify OTP.
Accept the Terms and Conditions
Next you’ll see the Terms & Conditions. Read through them carefully and when you're ready, check the box that says "I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions", then click Submit to accept the terms.
Select a Subscription Plan
On the next page you will see two different subscription payment options, Monthly and Yearly. Either option gives you access to exactly the same Nutri-Q product—both plans provide the same features and resources. The only difference is the price and frequency of billing.
If you choose the Monthly subscription, you are billed $14.99 every month (which equates to $179.88 per year). If you choose the Yearly subscription, you are billed $119.88 up front for a full year, which equates to $9.99/month or $60 savings.
New subscribers are entitled to a 30 day free trial with either plan, and you can cancel any time during this free trial.
Enter Your Payment Information
After you select a subscription plan you are taken to a Stripe-hosted page where you can enter your payment information and then click the ‘Start Trial’ button.
All subscriptions on the site are handled by Stripe. We do not store any of your payment information on our side. New subscriptions come with a free 30-day trial and you can cancel any time.

After starting your trial, you are taken to the Nutri-Q site.
